Akira (Hideo Ishiguro) is saved by a mysterious Rei (Asami Mizukawa) during a violent gang chase. From her Akira learns that his long-lost brother, Atsushi (Dai Watanabe) is still alive and currently living in Higanjima island.

According to Rei, Atsushi travelled to Higanjima with his new bride for their honeymoon and ended up battling with the vampires, led by its evil master, Masa (Koji Yamamoto).

Akira and his friends then decide travel to Higanjima to save his brother from the vampires. After arrival he eventually realizes that his brother is still alive and has become vampire hunters in the hope of avenging the brutal murder of his bride.

Next the battle between humans and vampires at Higanjima island commence. Can Akira and friends defeat the vampires and escape the island alive?
